2. Returns and right of withdrawal (EU)

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to withdraw from the distance sales contract without giving a reason, unless an exception applies (see section 3).

To start a return request, please submit a withdrawal statement (using the form template available on the Store’s website) and send it on uniteduapami@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior notice may not be accepted.

3. Non-returnable items (food and hygiene)

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of:

  • perishable goods (for example fresh produce, dairy, frozen products, items with a short shelf-life),
  • food products that have been opened or unsealed (for example snacks, teas, spices, sauces),
  • sealed goods that cannot be returned after opening due to health or hygiene reasons.

If you are unsure whether your product is eligible, contact us before opening the product.

4. Damaged, missing or incorrect items

Please check your parcel right after delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, or something is missing, contact us within 48 hours at uniteduapami@gmail.com.

Include:

  • order number,
  • photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, inner packaging, and the product,
  • if applicable: batch/lot number and best-before/expiry date.

We will propose an appropriate solution: replacement, missing item shipment, store credit, or refund.

Damage caused by improper storage after delivery (for example exposure to high temperature) is not covered by refunds.

5. Return shipping costs

If you return an eligible product because you changed your mind, you cover the cost of return shipping.

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item) or due to damage attributable to delivery/packing, we cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

6. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will inform you whether the return is approved.

If approved, we will refund you using the same payment method you used for the order, within 10 business days from approval.

Payment providers/banks may need additional time to post the refund.

7. Delivery scope (information)

We deliver only within Poland.

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours after payment is received.

Delivery is typically made on the next business day, but may take longer due to reasons outside the seller’s control.

Parcels are shipped via DPD Polska. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link.

Shipping cost up to 30 kg: 25 PLN. For larger orders, please contact us to confirm delivery costs.


8. Complaints (product complaints and statutory rights)

If you want to submit a complaint regarding the product (for example quality issue, defect, or non-conformity), contact us at uniteduapami@gmail.com.

In your message, provide:

  • order number,
  • product name,
  • description of the issue,
  • photos (and if applicable: batch/lot number and best-before/expiry date).

We will confirm receipt of your complaint and inform you about the next steps. We may ask you to provide the product for inspection or additional documentation.

We will respond to consumer complaints without undue delay, and no later than within 14 days of receiving the complaint (if applicable under consumer law).

Possible outcomes: replacement, refund, store credit, or another legally available remedy depending on the case and product type.

9. Important notes for food products

  • Allergens and ingredients: please check the product details before purchase and before opening the product.
  • Best-before/expiry dates: products with shorter dates may be offered as such; this alone is not a defect.
  • Storage: the customer is responsible for proper storage after delivery (for example refrigeration when required).
