General Provisions

This Privacy Policy of the online store (hereinafter: the “Store”) has been prepared to explain and inform you how the data provided by the Store’s customers (hereinafter: “Customers”) is collected, processed, and protected. Before you start using our services or register an account, you should read this Privacy Policy.

The controller of personal data collected via the Online Store is SR Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Poznań, hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”, who is also the Store’s service provider and the seller.

Personal data in the Store is processed by the Controller in accordance with applicable laws, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: “GDPR”), as well as the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data, as amended.

Using the Store, including making purchases, is voluntary. Providing personal data in this connection is also voluntary, subject to the following exceptions:

  • Entering into contracts with the Controller acting as the Seller
    Failure to provide the personal data necessary to conclude and perform the Sales Agreement results in the inability to conclude that agreement. If you want to purchase in the Store, you must provide the required data. The scope of data required to conclude the agreement is indicated on the Store’s website. Personal data provided for the conclusion and performance of the sales agreement may also be used by us to pursue claims.
  • Statutory obligations of the Controller
    The provided personal data is also stored in order to fulfil obligations imposed on the Controller under tax law provisions, including the Accounting Act.

 

The Controller ensures that the personal data collected by it is:

  • processed lawfully;

  • collected only for specified, lawful purposes;

  • adequate in relation to the purposes for which it is processed;

  • kept in a form permitting identification of data subjects for no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of processing;

  • processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the data.

Recipients of Data in the Store

For the proper functioning of the Store, including the performance of concluded Sales Agreements, it is necessary for the Controller to use services provided by external entities. The Controller transfers data to such recipients only when it is necessary to achieve the given purpose of processing personal data and only to the extent necessary to achieve it. We never sell your data and we do not allow anyone to use it unless it results from a legally justified purpose.

Personal data of the Store’s Service Recipients and Customers may be transferred to the following recipients or categories of recipients: carriers / freight forwarders / couriers, entities handling electronic payments or payment card transactions, providers of review/survey systems, lawyers handling the pursuit of claims.

Like any modern company, we rely on IT systems. In our work we use solutions provided by third parties on whose servers we store customer data. Some of our suppliers may store data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, data may be stored in countries that ensure an adequate level of personal data protection, or in countries that do not ensure such a level. In the latter case, we secure data by concluding agreements with service providers containing the so-called Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, which guarantee adequate protection of customer data in third countries.

We also use the services of an Accounting Office to which we entrust the processing of data for the purpose of keeping accounting records.

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the right to request from us access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to the processing of personal data.
